Ugh, Star of the Arcane just generated too many shards due to my masses of Nurseries. Good thing I'm only on my 4? 5? Run.

Just need to hit 8 minutes by grabbing tons of Roses, then I can lose repeatedly for all achievements!

Took me a while to understand the chart.

Lol how an idle loss was still 5:58.

Gets uncontrollable really fast - can be quite relaxing however after a few blue orbit stars, the mouse controls get wonky and unusable. I got to the point of around 25 moon sapphire (orbit) stars, and the game chugged really slow. Anyway, somehow in the chaos I got the 8 minute “strategy” challange.

Apart from that, I loved it. Maybe could be optimized a bit, or the controls fiddled with, so that the main game loop does not screw up the controls. Or maybe I should just upgrade my toaster I am trying to play on.

An issue might be in the controls: when I release a stare completely stationary, it jumps a bit to the side. I would assume that there is a bug in mouse coordinate translation.

I managed to get the 8 minute challenge in like 7 attempts so unfortunately I am missing the death achievement but maybe I'll play again see, how long I can last.

It's a nice little game to pass time and make you think of strategies to last longer. I like how the entropy rises as time goes on , so hectic, difficult to manage and demanding with the void becoming more and more of a threat.

As a pretty casual gamer, the 8 minute mark was still pretty hard especially when I tried to make a factory and play very sensibly. Things start combining on their own eventually since you can't keep up with organizing which really makes adaptability a part of it as well.

The art and music is very calming. So simple as a game, yet I can see the potential, even in this small scale. So many different ways to approach it.

Be me.

Build a nice small working factory. Destroy encroaching abyss shards. 7:00 - nice...

Random fluctuation shifts my factory and it starts spawning shards like  crazy March rabbits on Viagra. Everything explodes. Everything goes into the freaking abyss. 7:59

5 stars. Would fail again.

  • Nice graphics.
  • Interesting physics.
  • Exploration.
  • The game is quite challenging due to random spawn, orbital mechanics and space constraints.
